Run !

Just ordered a copy of “Marathon : The Ultimate Training Guide” (Hal Higdon) through Amazon.

And it just happens to be that i enjoy reading Runnersweb (eating bananas does NOT make you fat !!)

I’m also looking for a good deal on one of these.

Have I lost all sanity? I certainly don’t hope so, merely curious about how far i can take this. Saturday’s effort of running 18km/11 miles in 1h 40m seems to indicate that there is some potential !
